I think I have my words intact on this. This business is Less Ordinary.
We're closing in on our three year anniversary since inception here at Exilesoft, and just as our business was running smooth and steady, we decided to take on a new challenge.
A challenge which I feel in many ways is one of the toughest and most difficult any management team can set out for - namely acquiring the running business and staff of another company, this time even with slightly larger staff than our own. With it comes offices in two new countries to us; Sweden and Australia.
The most critical phase has already started; making everyone come together under One Company- and even more important; under One Identity. I have been down this road before, but it has been a while (..) and the circumstances are now very different from back then in Norway in the nineties.
Having said that, I know I have a great team with me on both sides in this process, and I look forward to this new year with great anticipation to see what this great new Exilesoft team will be able to achive!
So we've started out our business year of 2011 in Exilesoft with a larger team of highly skilled professionals, and with responsibility for running successful projects in 5 different countries.
Thats Less Ordinary if you ask me.

Great news and seems you all are going to have a interesting time ahead! Mergers always make more opportunities than threats to 'smart' individuals. So political battles are resulted by less smartness. Golden question to every individual is that how smart they are to use the opportunities... I'm sure with the people around, you guys will have a smooth sail and rocking time!!! All the best!

Thanks Hasith, I think this will be another steep learning curve for all of us, and I'm confident we'll have loads of fun in the process.
